Popular Summer Events in OCMD
Professional Bull Riding
This brand new event in Ocean City is going to be the talk of the town! Professional bull riding has come to the beach and we are ready for it. June 3rd, 4th, and 5th, the event will be located in the Inlet Parking Lot. Get tickets here!
Jellyfish Festival
On the same weekend as pro bull riding, you can also enjoy the Jellyfish Festival aka the biggest party on the beach! The Shore Craft Beer Festival kicks off the event so you can jam out to live music, shop vendors, and play games on the beach with a drink in your hand.
OC Air Show
The 15th annual OC Air Show is on June 11th and 12th. On the beach and boardwalk catch incredible high flying performances from the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds, SOCOM Para-Commandos, and more talented professionals.
July 4th
Celebrate Independence Day the right way with our Star-Spangled Slammer drink on the bay. Then, the town of Ocean City puts on an amazing firework display in two locations. If you’re staying uptown, head to Northside Park. Staying downtown, head over to the beach at N. Division Street.
White Marlin Open & Marlin Fest
One of the biggest OCMD events is the White Marlin Open—the World’s Largest Billfish Tournament! Come watch boats and anglers of all skill levels test their luck and win money from their catches. Plus, Marlin Fest will give you the perfect place to view the weigh-ins while enjoying vendors and live music.
