Things to Do in October in Ocean City, MD
Sunfest: Sunfest is one of the best festivals hosted in Ocean City, MD! Embrace the beginning of October with four fun-filled days of entertainment for the whole family including arts and crafts, hayrides, kids activities, and music. The event is rain or shine from September 30th to October 3rd.
Endless Summer Cruisin’: Get ready to cruise through the 24th annual Endless Summer Cruisin’ event from October 7th to 10th. Watch the Convention Center and Inlet Lot fill up with hot rods, customs, muscle cars, and trick trucks. Enjoy the celebrities, music, vendors, and top national names showcasing their products for cruisin’ attendees.
Family Bonfire on the Beach: Who doesn’t love a good, classic bonfire on the beach? On October 8th as the sun sets, head to 130th Street on the beach with the whole family (including your furry friend on a lease) to join the OC Recreation and Parks Department for a campfire.
Ocean City History Week: Join in appreciating our beach town with the events and activities at the Ocean City Life-Saving Museum. From October 10th to 16th the events will be highlighting Ocean City’s unique coastal history. With FREE admission for all Delmarva locals, partake in fall photo opportunities, historic house tours, free educational programs, and more.
Spartan Race: On your mark, get set, go! Race through town during the Spartan Race in Ocean City on October 16th. On the beach, boardwalk, sidewalks, and everywhere in between, the views do not disappoint during this famous yet difficult, coastal race.
